This masterfully crafted, sophisticated 3 level modern home is situated atop Noe Valley,  integrates the latest in design and equipment technology, and offers sweeping City views of downtown and beyond!  Designed by Re+Habit Design in collaboration with Zack/deVito Architects, and built “like new” with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms,1 half bathroom and 2 car side by side garage parking.
The sleek new facade is a dramatic introduction to this Modern Urban Retreat and is defined by a striking vertical application of custom “V” profile natural limestone tile that wraps the building corner to the main entry. Dark bronze metal trims contrast with smooth stucco surfaces and cedar wood siding pop-out and balcony overhangs to create a warm, neutral tone-on-tone modern material palette.

The home is designed to maximize a comfortable and functional floor plan and is integrated with meaningful interior circulation for all living spaces. An elegant stairwell connects all three floor levels and is stylishly crafted with a custom fabricated natural steel guard and hand railing system, wax-finished and topped with white oak wood caps. Natural white oak floors are installed throughout and feature a radiant heating system with Nest thermostats to provide floor by floor temperature control.

The first floor includes a family media room pre-wired for home theater equipment, a wet bar cabinet and shelving system, full guest bathroom, guest bedroom with generous closet space, and a walk out patio light well. This level accommodates direct interior access from the garage and a convenient entrance door from the exterior side passage walkway leading to the rear yard stairway and front entry.

The main living level is designed with an inspired modern aesthetic enhanced by Fleetwood window and door systems that provide expansive dramatic views from the front balcony. The gracious interior is detailed with floor to ceiling custom crafted white oak wood slat screen walls that bring warmth and intimacy to the open floor plan. Seamless transitions between the kitchen, dining and living areas allow an easy flow to the newly landscaped rear garden terraces through a multi-panel sliding door system and creates a balanced, tranquil indoor and outdoor living experience. The private rear yard spaces are detailed with natural Blue Stone walkway and stairs, color-tinted concrete pavers, Ipe deck surfaces, and clear cedar wood fencing with built in bench seating.

Special features on this level include the pivot operation Fleetwood front entry door, Ortal fireplace, latest technology in kitchen appliances integrated into a custom panelized cabinet system, brushed stainless steel architectural hardware, CaesarStone quartz composite honed countertops, the latest LED lighting design technology and floor to ceiling white oak wood screen divisions. A generous pantry service room expands the kitchen work area and includes a wine refrigerator, bar sink, and beverage/icemaker drawers integrated into the cabinet system. A convenient guest half bathroom completes this floor level.

The top floor includes three bedrooms with two full bathrooms and is flooded with natural light from the Velux architectural sky lights.  The master suite provides commanding views of the city from luxurious interior spaces and private deck. The master bathroom is a spa-like retreat finished with a “hip” ceramic mosaic in the over-sized shower, the latest Dorn Bracht fixtures and a satin etched entry door.

To finish off this dramatic modern home is a stunning roof top outdoor living space with dramatic views of downtown San Francisco, the Bay Bridge, the East Bay hills and beyond. Gracious amenities and finishes are included on this level – a built-in BBQ kitchen, wet bar sink and under-counter refrigerator, Ipe wood decking, smooth stucco perimeter guard walls, glass railing at the front, and a private rear corner area is structured and pre-wired for a future spa tub. Completed in April 2017 and located just steps from both the Castro and 24th Street villages, this home has it all!

Noe Valley

Where do San Francisco hipsters move when they grow up? Noe Valley. This small enclave nestled in the hills above San Francisco Bay is positive proof you don't have to leave the city when you transition from Stoli to stroller.

Jaw-dropping views of the Bay looking east toward Oakland greet you from almost any street corner. Boutiques are chockablock here. With bakeries like Noe Valley Baking Company and restaurants that have become beloved neighborhood institutions, like Firefly, Noe Valley is paradise for foodies. Thanks to the Noe Valley Farmers market, locals never have to leave the neighborhood to get their fix of fresh organic vegetables, fruit and honey.

Some of the best public schools in the city are here in Noe Valley. Fairmount Elementary School and Alvarado Elementary School are both notable for their levels of family involvement. James Lick Middle School prepares students with language immersion programs, award winning art, music, and media programs. And the test scores are above 600 on the California Academic Performance Index (API).

Nightlife? Got it. From the divey Valley Tavern to the awesome selection of imported beers at The Dubliner, Noe Valley is increasingly known for its nightlife. For live music check out Noe Valley Ministry, presenter of world class performers in folk, world music and the alt-rock scene.

Noe Valley is that prized thing in San Francisco: a place where families can put down roots, straight through the sidewalks of 24th Street.
